Our Vegetable Garden

We are proud to announce that in addition to sourcing over 50% of our ingredients locally, we have now set up our own Vegetable, Herb and Fruit Garden.

Posts, stakes and chippings used in the garden are all local industry waste products. Fertilizer is composted waste from a local Hop Farm. Pest control is ash from our open fires & coffee grounds from our coffee machine.

This is an on-going commitment to growing as much of our own produce as possible in the space we have available.
